Choices which we sometimes make
Can bring us joy or bring us ache.
The choice might just be something small
But turn into a major squall.
Thinking through the steps we’ll take
Will save us pain from a mistake.
For God will set the path ahead
Where we may always safely tread.
Looking not to left or right
Will guarantee a path that’s bright.
Godly purpose will be found
And myriad blessings will abound.
