Seniors offer priceless treasure.
They have gathered a great measure.
Listen to them... they are rich.
They can help you find your niche.
They held on when times were tough
And toiled hard to have enough.
Understanding learned through trial
Helped them walk the extra mile.
They have learned the need for prayer.
They have loved and truly care.
They had faith to not give up.
They knew that God would fill their cup.
Wisdom learned from years of living
And blessings shared from hearts of giving
Filled their lives with joy and peace.
For they have wisdom’s expertise.
“The (uncompromisingly) righteous shall flourish like the palm tree (be long-lived, stately, upright, useful and fruitful); he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon (majestic, stable, durable and incorruptible). Planted in the house of the Lord, they shall flourish in the courts of our God.”
