Lord, Your presence is lovely.....
and very soothing..... a place set apart.
It is like sitting by pools of water.....
where I can reflect on Your goodness and find
deep peace and quietness of spirit.
It is as an oasis, where I may find rest
from the "hurry and scurry" of everyday life.
Your beauty is revealed to me in these times,
and I am changed within. I want to linger there,
for nothing can compare to these moments with You.
