Thoughts About Clay

Clay does not try to shape itself.
Clay has no thought for the morrow..... it is not anxious..... it rests.
Clay does not strive with it's Maker.

True clay is yielded and ready..... and waits.
True clay desires to be in the realm of God's plan, not it's own plan.

True clay is comfortable in God's hand, even knowing that His shaping of a vessel may sometimes be uncomfortable.

True clay will not question God's purpose..... it won't tell God what kind of vessel it wants to be.

True clay will rejoice in service.

"But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay,
and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand."
Isaiah 64:9 NKJ
