We can learn by watching others,
Be they neighbors, friends or brothers,
How their actions leave impact
And how we then should interact.
If we pause and show respect
And with humility reflect,
Our perspective then will grow,
And deeper insights we will know.
As we choose to "rise above"
And choose to speak a word in love,
Our respect can bring "release",
And we can leave a trail of peace.
"Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer."
