Sometimes we face challenges
Which we don’t want to face,
But they will bring great glory
If we rest in God’s unending grace.
The circumstance can turn our life
And cause us to discover “gold”.
As we mine the depths of God
Myriad blessings will unfold.
When challenge tries to take us
Where we do not want to go,
God will hold us in His hand
And through the challenge we will grow.
Our perspective will be new
And life will have a different tone.
We learn a lot about this life
When with God we’re all alone.
We know how near to us He is
And gain His sweet peace deep within.
He adds to us dimension
Which is gold that helps us win!
