Be careful who you partner with
And who will be your friend,
For light and darkness do not mix,
Nor will they ever blend.
A "mixture" will be shaky ground
And won't have lasting peace,
For differences will lie in wait
And surely have increase.
Agreement is a constant strength,
A very healthy resting place,
A binding which will stay intact,
A worthwhile goal we should embrace.
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?"
