What do we desire to leave
Our children, friends or brothers?
What will folks remember then?
What will our endeavors speak?
Will our lives inspire some
For higher goals and truths to seek?
Let the impact of our lives
Be very rich in memory's store.
May those who have known us
Find great wisdom to explore.

Down through time in many others
To bring God's love and truth and light
