God "seasons" our lives with laughter and tears
And "sprinkles" His wisdom throughout all our years,
That we might be filled with heavenly "flavor"
And offer "good news" for others to savor.
He sets a table and bids us to come.
His "fare" is gourmet - even each crumb.
We have rare privilege to dine in His presence
And taste of His goodness in prayer and in reverence.
"O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him."
