A thankful heart is very blessed,
For deep within are joy and rest.
It always sees the brighter side
And by God's love is satisfied.
It doesn't struggle or pay heed
To every little hurt or need,
But knows God surely will provide,
And so in Him it will abide.
This heart has come to understand
That all we have is from God's hand.
It counts it's blessings every day.....
