A gentle hand extended
From a heart that's filled with love
To touch another's hurting life
Will minister the Father's love.
A thoughtful word expressed
In a time of deep confusion
Will soothe and heal the deepest pain
And wash away delusion.
When the love of God is flowing,
Hindered not by self or pride,
Others then can feel His love
And will draw near Him to reside.
