The fruit of the Spirit
Is as very fine gold...
A much-desired treasure...
Not bought and not sold.
As we walk in the Spirit
It's fruit will be learned.
As we love one another
It may be discerned.
For it will be found
In our actions each day,
And will bring good reward
As we practice it's way.
We never could pay
What this rare fruit is worth,
But our lives will be rich
As we let it have birth.
