As remnants of Summer are almost gone
And Autumn prepares us for Winter’s new dawn,
I ponder the seasons and what each will bring.
In each there is beauty about which to sing.
Autumn speaks loudly with jovial voice.
Of all the year’s goodness she will rejoice.
With color she’ll set all the landscape ablaze
And crown her own season with Thanksgiving praise.
She brings a vibrancy... her joy lifts us up,
Reminding us always... “How full is our cup!”
Sing and rejoice with Autumn’s bright song.
Be filled with her joy and come sing along.
“Rejoice in the Lord always (delight, gladden yourselves in Him); again I say, Rejoice!”
