A simple path is truly blessed,
Sheltered from confusion’s test.
"Simple" has a clarity
Which guards our way and keeps us free.
Straying from one's path has cost.
Important purpose could get lost.
Distractions always "lie in wait"
And needless pathways generate.
When we pray the Lord wiil show
The pathway on which we should go.
His direction will be bright
And help us to have focused sight.
"He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake."
