A grandchild is a special gift,
Full of joy my heart to lift.
There’s sunshine in his happy smile.
He makes every day worthwhile.
Now my grandson is fifteen..
From birth and all the days between,
He’s caused me to be young at heart.
He’s full of hugs... I love that part.
A grandchild truly is a treasure,
The joy of which I cannot measure.
May he prosper many ways
And have God’s blessing all his days.
