Faithful soldiers labor long,
For in Christ they are made strong.
Their endurance will not fail.
By much prayer they prevail.
Many battles they will win.
Jesus gives them grit within.
They are poised and unafraid
And by distractions won't be swayed.
They will "march" till victory's won,
Finishing the work begun.
Precious soldiers of the Lord...
They'll have heavenly reward.
"His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."
