Giving just a meager cent
To one in need is wealth well-spent.
Sharing some of what you have
With one who's poor is healing salve.
It matters not if you have much.
Give a cent or mite or such.
Share a meal or drink or bite
To aid or solve another's plight.
Giving seems to multiply
And many needs will nullify.
When we give, God gives e'en more...
Riches from His heav'nly store.
