When we follow God our direction is new.
He is our covering each new path to hew.
He gives us fervor and zest in our day,
And deep inspiration which patterns our way...
Spring in our step and joy in our heart,
And deep peace within which sets us apart.
Our walk is cushioned each step of the way
And we have sweet rest at the end of each day.
