The love of God is very real,
Our lives to cushion and to heal.
When salvation we receive
From sin and stain He gives us leave.
Those who will receive His love
From circumstance will rise above.
When He turns a life around
Joy and gladness will abound.
We can leave the past behind
And lovely new horizons find.
God’s love is as a rushing stream
Our lives to rescue and redeem.
