May peace and order be the mark of this election day.
May all intent of evil come to naught and fall away.
Help our nation re-establish footing and foundation
And be, as was intended... a Godly, praying nation.
Cover us in these tense times. Let many see Your light.
For only by Your leading can our future path be right.
Let truth and wisdom be as banners, waving o'er our land.
This day we need a blanket of protection from Your hand.
