If any should ask me,
I'll say, "I'm all right!"
What use to look down
And get all uptight?
I smile all I can
And laughter I court,
And don't let what comes
My joy try to thwart.
There is so much good.
Why look at the bad?
It just makes one tired
And sorrow will add.
You may think I'm funny
And maybe not "real".
I just will not let
The enemy steal...
My time or my thoughts
With negative ploy.
I'll "dress up" my days
With laughter and joy!
