The music of the heart
Is best formed when tuned to You,
For it will have a gentleness
As soft as morning dew.
It's melody is lovely
As it gently ebbs and flows
In strains which only You could give
And no man could compose...
Heavenly songs with harmonies
Beyond what ears have heard
Which flow in sweet abundance,
And the heart is deeply stirred.
All of life holds loveliness
When the heart contains
These wondrous chords and harmonies,
These blessed, heavenly strains.
