The Lamb of God -
so precious He
Who died for you and
died for me.
This flawless Lamb -
Who cared so much
And gave His life
For sinners and such.
He saw our plight and
saw our need
As on the cross His
side did bleed.
The blood that flowed
was shed in pain,
But given in love to
be our gain.
So great His love for
you and me,
His sacrifice upon
the tree.
"Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends....."
