When we are reverent and humble of heart,
Our God will speak and anointing impart.
There in the quiet, in us He’ll give birth
To giftings and promise which will have great worth.
As we then nurture the promise He planted
We will have favor which our God has granted.
We cannot claim the work He has done.
Only in Him was a new work begun.
When we are changed in the quiet with Him
Our lives from that point will never be dim.
By His own hand He’ll lift us up high.
