Holy God of might and power,
Guide our footsteps in this hour.
We, Your people, seek Your face
The works of darkness to displace.
Look upon our deep distress.
Rescue us from evil's press.
How we need Your strength and light
To offset darkness day and night.
What was birthed of You in prayer
Has fallen into serious error.
God, have mercy. We have failed.
Save us lest we be derailed.
We cry out and trust in You
To turn this tide and see us through.
Our foundation, built in prayer,
Has need today for much repair.
