A wise man will ponder
And study to know
Just what is the truth,
So he will be slow...
To speak or make comment
On that which he sees.
He never will hurry
Or just try to please.
For he understands that
Haste can cause error,
So he carefully weighs things
And seeks God in prayer.
When he gives his answer
You'll know he is right.
Because he has prayed
His words will bring light.
