If you're alone and feel despair
And hoping that someone will "care",
Make an effort to "reach out"
And spread a little love about.
To cause another life to "smile"
Is often fun and so worthwhile.
You won't think about your woe
As you spread goodness to and fro.
Plant some love and sow some grace
To bring a "shine" to someone's face.
Spreading joy is time well spent.
For some you might be "heaven-sent"!
"And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise."
