In the quiet, in the stillness,
As I wait upon the Lord,
I feel all tensions slip away.
In times with Him I am restored.
My weariness is soothed away.
Deep within I am refreshed.
In Him I find tranquillity,
Peace and calm and blessed rest.
For such comfort in His caring.
I will thank Him all my days.
Because I know I'm never alone
My heart is filled with joy and praise!
